You may return the product to the delivery person at the time of delivery if it does not meet your expectations. Please note:

  • Returns must be made immediately in front of the delivery personnel.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the delivery charge for the return.

Once the product is returned to the delivery person:

  • We will process a refund for the product cost only, excluding any shipping or delivery fees.
